We will be starting up Holy Smoke BBQ classes in October. We will be alternating locations this year. Robert Crain and Jason Frame will both be hosting Holy Smoke BBQ at their homes.
We are wanting to hear from you,. What would you like to learn and taste this year? Please respond to this site and let us know.
I believe we will start out with tailgating food, matching the season with football.
